Having spent the last five years designing direct marketing for Airmiles and Avios I have honed my personalisation skills and have delivered pieces that have been truly bespoke. Being a champion of real personalisation, not just dropping members' names on a piece, I devised an Event Driven DM that would give information that was relevant to the member. This lead to a print job with over 1,500 different artworks running monthly.
